Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, accessing the client portal, or using any service provided by CF App Development, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CF App Development provides first-party digital services including:

• Website development and design
• Web application and client portal development
• AI chatbot configuration and deployment
• AI business phone system configuration
• SEO-ready website setup
• Recipe library and digital cookbook production
• Workflow automation setup
• Digital content library production

All services are scoped, priced, and delivered based on defined deliverables — not on future revenue, rankings, or business outcomes.

3. Scope and Deliverables

Every project begins with a defined scope document that specifies pages, features, quantities, revision rounds, and delivery timeline. Work begins only after scope is confirmed. Changes to scope after confirmation may require a separate order or add-on.

4. Payment

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in USD. Payment is for CF App Development digital services only. CF App Development does not charge for investment products, financial instruments, or unrelated services. Payment descriptions will accurately reflect the digital service purchased.

5. Project Completion

A project or deliverable is marked complete only when a working asset has been delivered — a live URL, configured feature, downloadable file, tested system, or customer-approved output. Payment alone does not constitute completion. Completion is documented in the client portal and a completion report.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are included per package as specified at checkout. Revisions apply to the original scope. New features or scope changes are not revisions and may require additional payment. Additional revision rounds are available as add-ons.

7. Ownership

Upon full payment and project completion, all delivered assets — website files, application code, PDFs, recipe content, and digital products — belong to the customer. CF App Development retains no ongoing ownership of delivered work. Credentials and handoff files are delivered via the client portal.

8. Hosting

CF App Development does not provide ongoing hosting unless explicitly included in a package or add-on. We will configure and deploy your project to your chosen hosting provider or hand off deployment-ready files. Hosting costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

9. AI Services Disclaimer

AI chatbot and AI phone system services are configured based on your approved use case and tested before delivery. Performance depends on the underlying AI platform and may vary. CF App Development does not guarantee specific AI response accuracy or uptime beyond what is documented in the scope. AI phone system availability is subject to platform availability.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CF App Development services for:

• Cryptocurrency or token sales
• Investment platforms, stock trading, or financial instruments
• Loans, debt relief, or credit repair
• Third-party lead sales or purchased consumer databases
• Get-rich-quick or passive income guarantee schemes
• Gambling, cannabis/CBD, firearms, tobacco/vape, or adult services
• Any illegal activity or content

11. Limitation of Liability

CF App Development's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, rankings, or results from delivered services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
